Baking is fun~

My sister bakes her first attempt in pineapple tarts. This is the recipe she used. http://wlteef.blogspot.com/2006/01/pineapple-tarts.html. She anyhow picked from the net. If I were to bake, I will use this: http://thelittleteochew.blogspot.com/2010/01/pineapple-tarts-buttery-melt-in-your.html


Cutting the pastry is tough! The dough sticks and it takes alot of time. Bake for 10 mins first.

Put in the pineapple filling. =) and glaze with egg wash for the shiny look.


First five! She like it darker. Yummy! I swear it's not because it's baked by my sister. But I have tried the cooled version.




Make me feel like baking something too!
