Erm. Was abit traumatized by the childbirth video. I mean.. I heard abt it, watch it on tv, I was quite chill in my last few prenatal class when mrs wong talked about breathing techniques, pain relief and even breastfeeding - I am even almost certain that I can give birth naturally w/o epidural and successfully breastfeed!
but this video is so so real and gave u all the vivid details - the seconds by seconds baby head slowly emerge from the vaginal.
I am usually quite cool abt watching any kind of videos. I guess it's affecting me because this will be happening to me soon and there is no turning back. Must do what I can to make sure I take the least amount of time for the delivery process.
