I guess I am not a gifted baker. Here's my new product.
Biscotti supposedly. It means biscuits that are twice-baked for longer period of storage.
Choose this because it complements coffee (north american style) and it can be kept for months. But come to think of it, my boy doesn't really drink coffee unless he is duper sleepy.
But failed terribly. They taste slightly bitter. I guess that's because of the over-dosage of baking powder used. Or perhaps I wasn't using baking powder in the first place?
Or maybe I am just a lousy baker. Hah.
Supposedly going to surprise my boy with this but I couldn't wait to tell him what I did. So blurted out to him on my disappointment! So here's the picture. Gonna show this to my dearest physically before I dumped them down the rubbish chute.
