Veggie is progressing well. Back to his fierce temper (I can hear him knocking at the cage over the other end of the phone).
Blood test results:
- No kidney failure *applause*
- slightly higher index for liver (I dunno what that means, as long as vet said okay)
- DIABETES!!! (can be life-threatening but we can't inject him with insulin at home!)
- urinary crystals (which cause the blockage).
- slightly overweight
Vet said he can only go home on Thurs (if everything is okay). Thurs is sis's bday and nana's spaying day too. hopefully Nana and Veg can go home together in the evening.
Went to visit him after work. His cage was covered. Vet said he tried to attack everyone who walked past. So by covering, he has more private space.
And I concluded he rise to the top three most ferocious cat coz the assistant said the top fierce guy will just attack anyone when they opened the cage, 2nd in line will bite. Veg did neither yet but still very fierce.
I let him listen to sis voice calling veggie. He knows and calm down slightly!
Veggie, gambatte! Two more days and you will be home!
The funny part is the way the assistant described how to change the cage for fierce cat like veggie. They will switch off the light, open the door of the new cage put him inside a bag and swiftly throw him in the new cage. Must be hilarious!
