The weighing scale brought me back to reality. It's time to slim down, you fatso!!!
I went for a morning jog and stamina deteriorated like crazy!
But a jog, followed with a body scrub and applying moisturing lotion = heaven!
Okay, I know I won't keep to this routine but at least I am trying k. haiz. why can't I be those skinny but eat a lot type! nvm i am trying for:
- reduce coke intake (if my boy don't drink, I think I can control)
- less dinner (if no one tempt me, I think I can skip dinner) or reduce rice intake for dinner
sounds easy right. pray hard for me.
