When the date turns 8,
no more heavy late dinner
no more late supper
no more late night mahjong + supper
no more mcdonald delivery after 9pm
no more stoning til 1 am
no more playing with excel til 2am
no more chionging of dramas til 3 am
that's when my life turn 1/2 of 50. (whisper: heard it's the time for system slowing down)
less meat
less fried and deep-fried
less coke (i know i can't stop this)
more sleep
more salad
more yoga
more water
more moisturiser slap on my body
This is for me upcoming. (gosh i hope i can tell my boss this).
