Complaint again?

Being highly irritated yet again, I wrote a complaint letter to Starhub. I dun understand why we cannot get the stuff we want smoothly.

"I am the daughter of Mdm , writing a complaint letter on her behalf.

She had called previously to request for a recontract voucher as she had completed her contract ages ago.

We can understand that we are just a small customer such that NOBODY contacted her to offer her any recontract promotions.

We went over to several Starhub Centre today to get the phone she wanted. To our dismay, we were told that the voucher mailed to us can only be used for new line sign-up. This is so inconsistent with our request as we specifically ask for a RECONTRACT voucher.
After much dispute, the issue was resolved after much unhappiness. The attitude of your staff is not professional at all, giving us a really "black" face while serving us. The manager of the branch did not even bother to attend to us. All he did is hiding in his comfortable office, acting as a backroom advisor only.


Although we did not contribute significantly to your bottom-line, we do understand the importance of a life-time value of a customer. As a long-time Hub member of yours, we do hope that you can look into this matter seriously. "
